The Bernese mountain dog from the previous image appears to have transformed into an enormously obese Typhlosion who is in a dazed, almost "food coma"-like state, presumably from being stuffed with an obscene amount of Poffins and rare candies. The Dragonite looks quite pleased with himself, saying, "You did it! You evolved! I knew those candies would work a treat! If your appetite is like mine, you're still hungry! An enormously obese anthropormophic Dragonite hugs a chubby anthropomorphic Bernese mountain dog into his belly while stuffing Poffins into the dog's mouth.
