A new investigation reveals that at least 50 police officers from all over the U.S. have been caught abusing their access to Flock's automatic license plate reader database, including to stalk women. This is just one of the many reasons to get these creepy cameras off our streets.

I've been taking a long break from writing news stuff since FFS, but I want to compile an article (on my personal site) including all the transphobic Democrats running for office this November. If people could help by replying with Dem candidates that fit this bill, I would appreciate the help!

You want some trivia? This is the first year since 2002 in which the Dems won't be running anyone for Senate in three states: Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota. There is also a push to get the nominee in Montana, Alani Bankhead to drop out. If she does, the Dems will set the party record at 4.

Fed. judge holds DHS in civil contempt of court for refusing "intentionally and not in good faith" to provide plaintiffs with phone images they intend to use to prove DHS was racially profiling people arrested in Los Angeles without reasonable suspicion. Order from July 28, unsealed today.

B. Defendants’ Noncompliance Is Intentional And Not In Good Faith. Having found that Defendants are in violation of the January 16 Forensic Imaging Order, the burden now shifts to Defendants to show that they were unable to comply. Affordable Media, 179 F.3d at 1239 (9th Cir. 1999). They fail to make that showing. Upon review of the parties’ submissions and counsel’s representations at the hearing, it does not appear that Defendants’ noncompliance is due to an inability to comply. Instead, the clear and convincing evidence shows that Defendants have acted intentionally and not in good faith.

In the 1950s we had 700 different chemicals in our food Today we have over 10,000 in our food In Europe, they only have 700 still today. Kelloggs makes the safer Canadian version and the American version. Two different options, same manufacturer. Americans have been sold out sadly.

“There’s no logic…They’re gonna do all sorts of destructive things for virtually no purpose…There is no indication that [Customs and Border Protection] are listening…It is incredibly disheartening to see the federal government that I worked for for 41 years treat its citizens this way.”
