day 1 of @modfest.net #mcdev

- Adds a new block modeled after the heros from mc legends, which when powered change pose.
- There are 15 poses, one for each level of redstone power.
- When unpowered, the statue will remember the last pose.
- The texture is dynamic, with a block interaction being used to set the texture.
- The block item can be put into a stonecutter to add a pride flag overlay! 🏳️‍🌈
- Comparators output a power level matching the pose.
