One of the children's workshops this weekend involved creating fantastic amalgamated animals. To give them a steer, we provided some examples. Of the ones I sent, this was my favourite.

Digging back three years for today's visit to #RejectionIsland, in the week an OpenAI agent went rogue.

To #RejectionIsland, where "I'm from the north" looks set to knock "My father was a toolmaker" off the top of the irritation chart.
I've not had a cartoon work equally well across twitter, bluesky, LinkedIn and Instagram before. Nice that, even in this divided world, people from right and left, professional and casual can all enjoy old Don getting hoofed in the pods by Tintin. Heartwarming.

In more positive chicken news, the flock is replenished. 6 new additions. The one with the haircut has been named Ellie Kildunne. Teresa 'La Aguja' Moreno and Eddie the Eagle are names under consideration. Suggestions welcome.

It may look innocuous, but that's shedding blood for the cause at the sports day parents' tug-of-war and has been noted as such by the children. Filial respect incoming.
