Donald Trump has always been coarse. It's just one of many reasons he was rejected by Manhattan's Upper East Side society, dismissed as a vulgar, unpolished loudmouth from Queens. He was pitiably stung by their rebuff. And resents his MAGA followers for not being able to confer societal pedigree.
