I put on one of those channels that shows old TV shows because they appear to be doing a Quantum Leap marathon, but they're not showing them in order. You can't show an episode where Sam leaps into a talk show host at the end and then show an episode where he's an archeologist!

If I have to wait 9 years after David Stearns trades for an MVP for the Mets to make the World Series again, I'm going to kill myself. (Not really, but I will definitely wish I had killed myself every year as I watch a World Series without the Mets.)

It would explain why it didn't work out with Peralta but the rookie bullpen was so good post trade deadline.
