And just like that, the fourth candle is lit and it's the last Sunday of Advent. My experience of the season has evolved from the barely contained excitement of a kid that has had way too much sugar, to a much more meditative and reflective vibe.
It's been a busy month for the Kalani chapter of the National Honor Society with a service project almost every week since early November. Instead of indulging in a lazy Saturday morning, NHS members helped out at the HTDC Holiday Tech Job Fair. Scholarship. Service. Leadership. Character.
Who's behind the masks? With the help of the Kalani NHS a good time was had by all while breakfasting with Santa at Wilson Elementary School.
