do not funnel your grief over this death into trek and x-men merch, paramount & disney dont need your money. go to plays, give to charities, vote for candidates who will fund public art, and you will make it possible for people like patrick stewart to exist and keep existing. a rising tide lifts all

If you want more Patrick Stewarts, then you publicly fund the arts and learning programs, so that working class kids can find their way into making a career in them.

I'm sick of the "think of the children" ploy used only to censor and justify horrible shit that WILL end up harming more children I'm sick of "think of the children" screamed all over by rich old men who then turn around and allow the "autorities" to violently attack the children in the streets.

I HIGHLY recommend this site if you're thinking about working with pigments/ paints btw, it absolutely blew me away. Don't think I ever saw a topic so well documented in one place (and it's noncommercial too) artistpigments.org

Art material and pigment database with color tools for artists and designers Artist pigment database with cross reference of 66936 artist paints. Search and browse by 1199 brands and 34 artist mediums...

Good news : I'm finally back to working on my comic Bad news : it's been long enough of a break that I look at those thumbnails and I cry and have to lose so much time and braincells to either understand them OR need to redo them because they're just lazy with no interesting pannel composition...

AI scrapers are pillaging the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, to the point of saturating their servers The BnF is an incredible institution to whom we owe so much for their preservation efforts of everything that was ever published in France for centuries, which you can check out for free Rancid

Bonjour, nous faisons face actuellement à une intensification massive du moissonnage des contenus de Gallica par des robots IA, qui dégrade le service à nos utilisateurs humains. Nous travaillons à mettre en place les mesures correctives dans les meilleurs délais.

If any artist contact you on discord to ask you for commission, reach out to them on a different platform to verify if it's really them. No reputable artist will beg for your money in your dms.

⚠ PSA to artists and clients on #VGen about a Discord scam going around!! ⚠ a scammer is scraping profiles (both artists and clients) to make fake discord accounts impersonating them, then reaching out to people they've worked with in the past who have their discord info publicly visible

This little bunny is looking for a home! 🐰 If you’re interested, please DM me. She has just had her torso opened up for surgery, so she’ll need to be treated gently. All four of her limbs have internal armatures and magnets, allowing her to hold small, lightweight objects. ♥️
