Belgian Navy Frigate Leopold I is not deploying for the ASPIDES maritime security mission. The ship has a defect and cannot be repaired in time.... *shrugs*... of course not... even now, some politicians don't realise the urgency. The fact that Be Air Force delivers the CHoD doesn't help either.
