Very happy to share the first pre-print from my postdoc work with @larsplus.bsky.social (which we also presented at the excellent @isehsociety.bsky.social Annual Meeting last weekend). Here we performed a CRISPRi Perturb-seq screen targeting >500 transcriptional regulators in ex vivo mouse HSPCs.

Our congratulations to Ludwig @ox.ac.uk’s @bethpsaila.bsky.social, who on August 30 received the 2026 Janet Rowley Award of the @isehsociety.bsky.social for her “ground-breaking and truly original work, covering myeloproliferative neoplasms, the microenvironment and megakaryocyte/platelet biology.”
