Our children have been enjoying daily experiences offsite to notice changes in their environment as well the new children becoming familiar with their new outdoor space ✨ “that is a beech tree” “I was just watching that bird & that swan” allowing a connection to nature and our wider world. #beingme

The children are noticing and sharing their knowledge as well as asking questions to deepen their understanding of the creatures and insects they have been finding! 🐛🐜 “how do they eat when they are in there? (The egg)”

Annie & Donna had a lovely afternoon celebrating wonderful Early Childhood work that’s happening across Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the Early Years Scotland awards. Great to network with others as we reflect on Woodlands ELCC & be inspired and motivated with lots of passionate early childhood professionals.💕

What a wonderful day returning to nursery, sharing our summer stories, reconnecting with each other, we harvested some of our fruits and vegetables from our growing garden & risk assessed our campsite and remembered our offsite safety guidance 🍓✨
