A paved asphalt road with yellow edge lines slopeing downhill and going directly into the calm waters of a wide lake. Near the submerged edge several white sacks made of sandbags are spread across the roadway. Across the water, rolling arid hills filled with sparse trees and shrubs are seen, all under a blue sky with wide clouds.

Sleeping in the shade kind of Saturday. #photography #streetphotography #urban #travel #cat #cats #catpics #catsofbluesky #blueskycats #orangecats #catsky #caturday #coloraday #bwfri #blueskyartshow #weather #artyear #eck

An orange tabby cat lies stretched out on a stone pavement next to a utility box marked with red text reading "P25". The ground features a mix of light-colored mosaic flagstones and a darker speckled concrete section where the cat rests in the shade. You may not understand why there's sunshine in the middle of October, but it's the will of our planet. Give up your job, become a cat.

A large cracked boulder is wedged between two jagged rock formations under blue sky with soft clouds. Beneath the suspended boulder rests another blocky rock with red-brown tones, supported by a vertical wall built from small fieldstones. The natural rock faces on either side are weathered with scattered fissures and sparse dried vegetation clinging to the crevices.

An orange tabby cat resting on a speckled sidewalk beside a large dark wheeled trash bin. The scene, including the patterned paving stones, the textured ground, and the surrounding building wall, is rendered in black and white. The selective color cat is loafing with its eyes closed and squinting downward, appearing calm next to the base of the bin. You may not understand why I can't afford a proper house, but it's the will of our planet. Get a job, become a cat.
