Not feeling as great today as I did yesterday, mostly because I have to wake up earlier for work and my sleep still is spotty. Anxiety is pretty high. Feeling a bit uncomfortable. BUT I CAN DO THIS. I wanna teach today and goddammit I'm gonna teach. I only have three lessons and I'm done before 2pm.

I really want to write something about my recent mental health rollercoaster but I don't even know where to begin, what's causing it, and how it will end but I gotta get something out of my head and onto a screen cuz it's driving my crazier.

Had an absolutely terrible day yesterday, mental health wise. Almost went to the hospital. Today...much better. Back to my usual levels of anxiety. Tapering off benzos sucks.

I had some problems but my day wasn't that bad! Friends helped. Thanks to everyone who reached out. Also I bought a lot of metal and game music. Retail therapy can help sometimes too.
