Today I rode to work twice as I noticed the camera is missing on the handlebar just before the office. Luckily I found it.

Thanks for the speech @daniel. And for helping the #xmpp. https://youtu.be/FESzMZanSSY

Červená se, line záře, óhéň! Óhéň!

Or #kid invented a game for whole afternoon: Put everything you find into a laundry bin. It's quite good. Her room looks very tidy now. And when you're missing something, you usually find it in this single place. I only have two concerns: Will @ofi also be put into the bin one day? What if the […]

Jolla phone 2026 by @trilobyte on #LinuxDays This time I used the second rear camera. Better colors, still no focus. #LinuxPhone (not Jolla but Nura on Oneplus6)

On my way to #LinuxDays. And as you could guess from the green tinted photo, I am posting this from #Tuba on a #LinuxPhone again. This time I switched to #Nura #Duranium with #Posh on OnePlus 6 as the previous PostmarketOS/Nura installation was quite broken after several upgrades.

Ahh, my eyes. #Firefox has a new Nova theme and it seems that nobody tried using it with containers and vertical tabs. Ugly and confusing. 😵‍💫 In the old theme the indication line was on the right side of the tab. That makes more sense. Hope to be fixed […] [Original post on mastodon.skorpil.cz]

I don't get the argument that public institutions "have to be where people are". Why? Pornhub has about the same amount of monthly active users as X. No one thinks our EU commissioners or the Swedish parliament must be on Pornhub. In the pre-socials era no one expected the prime minister to […]

It's funny to do reviews on something as new/niche as #MangroveReviews. All reviews in #Split 🇭🇷 are mine. It looks like a personal travel diary. 😄

Tak skvělý plán a tak epicky nám nevyšel 😁 V předpovědi jsme viděli déšť a bouřku a tak jsme vymysleli vnitřní aktivity: 1. Dětská herna v obchodním domě na půli cesty do centra 2. Pak do centra na prohlídku sklepení Diakleciánova paláce (znáte z Game of thrones, Daeneris tam chovala […]

[Rage on youtube] #YouTube #enshitification progresses one more step. I hit the "fewer shorts" button every session, and as a reward, i get a fullscreen autoplaying short video as an app homescreen, showing right after opening app. I don't thing a paying customer deserves this. Fck you […]

[Original post on vaclavpasek.cz]

I almost didn't believe this when I saw it: @CoMaps now has REVIEWS!!! The reviews are taken from https://Mangrove.reviews (@mangroveReviews). All open source, and no Google. It's still a work in progress, but its a nice first step!

Public transport in #Split 🇭🇷 is adventurous: 🎟️ Their web has english mutation, but the pricelist is just linked pdf in Croatian. So you can read about transport company history in english, but what ticket to buy needs to be decrypted from pdf. 📱There is only link to their mobile apps, nothing […]

I finally upgraded the #Turris NG to v9.1.1 Wifi didn't work after first upgrade trial feom 9.0.?, so I reverted to the preupdate snapshot and left it for when I have more time to fiddle with it. (Inbuilt snapshots support are so useful feature btw) Yesterday was the time. The wifi driver is […]

Nice, @daniel is visiting #LinuxDays2026. Glad to see the author behind our family chat solution in person. (well, the Android part of the soltution at least)
