#adaptability I think this is the most important soft skill at the moment. If you do not have it, the #ai era must be super overwhelming for you.

For most people in tech, their knowledge of standards is limited to the fact that they exist and that there is an independent group of global experts working on them. And of course they are paid, probably academics with at least a PhD 🙂 Prove me wrong.

Just because something is “open sourced” doesn’t mean it’s openly governed or built with a community-first approach. Look for projects that are not only #opensource, but also have inclusive governance and treat the community as a first-class citizen. These are built to last.
