Interesting addendum / correction to my blog - could there be a dispute about apartheid as an ancillary or inherent part of a dispute about failure to prevent genocide? I will say that #apartheid is inherently connected to the #genocide process. The discriminatory nature of apartheid, & esp the apartheid in #Palestine, is part of the genocide process. So it is definitely related to the failure to prevent genocide, if #Germany was/is assisting the apartheid regime.
