i’ve been thinking a lot lately that, at my age, maybe i should start going headshot mode instead of using illustrated avatars (or aging my avatars up if i continue using them). femmes particularly face a lot of pressure to remain youthful and i don’t want to perpetuate that.
it’s time for the 4am microblogs. my elderly cat recently figured out how to turn on our sink so he can drink from it. it’s a bit of a problem because i’ll find the water running for who-knows-how long if we forget to shut the door. i wonder if i can teach him to turn the sink off when he’s done.
