I might be able to finish one more limited series nominee before the Emmys on Monday, but I’m more or less caught up on the nominees and I’m just gonna say it wasn’t my favorite year of tv. There were some highlights, but some of these shows were a slog to get through.
No one prepared me for what a wild ride Children of the Corn (1984 film) would be.

I’m not a religious person, but this church where my choir rehearses just feels like home and I’m very happy to be back from summer break.

This summer I’ve gotten back to what used to be an annual tradition of watching as many Emmy nominees as I could before the awards ceremony. It’s been so much fun this time around, and I’m enjoying some new-to-me shows as well as catching up on some series I’d fallen behind on.
