Anyway moping about technical stuff aside (which I believe I've now mostly resolved) we got the any% WR for random seeds in Virtual Hydlide on console, so that covers both Any%/All Dungeons for random seeds, both on emu and hardware. I'm free!!! (Except for wanting to improve 1 or 2 of those..!!)
