A quick sketch study, mainly to understand how to handle the jacket. Sometimes these drawings are not about creating a finished piece, but about solving small visual problems before moving forward — fabric, folds, silhouette and attitude.

I’m thinking of drawing my next story just like this… pencils and simple watercolors. There’s something direct in this approach — less polished, maybe, but more alive. A way to keep the energy of the sketch while still building atmosphere. Would you like to see a full story drawn this way?

For Magic Marvel SuperHeroes, I had the chance to create 7 illustrations — and in one of them, the main character is Nick Fury. Before working on the final piece, I prepared a few sketches to explore the mood and attitude… like these. ;)
