im the slowest writer ever + just silly thing and i dont really like it but w/e, but Nimda's Chocobo is close to in game gameplay ........ there is a whole backstory to that, so maybe another time, #ffxivfic #15MinFiclets

“Are… are you sure this is the one you want?” Nimda remembered those words precisely. She wasn't quite sure exactly what it would eventually mean for her, being this early in her time of adventure, unsure of the world and its dangerous surroundings, but a supposedly reckless Chocobo that dashed into the enemy without much thought, unable to call back? Breaking out of stables left and right, coming back safe and soundly the next day as if nothing had happened. How could she say no to that, exactly needing a companion like that who knew what they were about? And the description wasn't all that right, but still, wrong. Wrong, wrong. Recklessness turned to protection at all costs, able to call upon it wherever she was in need. He was ephemeral, came and went when he wanted. Where he went she didn't know either, but the whistle got heard across the star regardless, should she actually use it.

It's a mixed bag, most are random experiences and memories thrown together or in total a blurry mess. Her Carbuncle pet is supervising her dreams and eats whatever thing it deems too much on her mind, hence it's like that. Nimda is quite happy about that, reason why she has it in the first place.
