Fey finally got to meet her mom and despite knowing who she really is, I got a bit emotional 😭 Feys mom died when she was just 12 years old (she's in her 40s now), and she barely remembers that time, so she might feel some connection at the sight of her, but can't put her finger on it.

After I had exported my picture of Mags yesterday as a .png I wanted to close Photoshop. It asked if I wanted to save the changes to the file, I said yes, my laptop crashed immediately after. Now my .psd file is broken and it also killed the version history in the creative cloud. 🥲

Sometimes I take ages, because I get distracted... Not today though. 3 hours for this level of detail is fine. I remade the drawing of mags that I did in July last year, putting her into the hero forge outfit and with my current drawing style. I like both versions. @d3podcastshow.bsky.social

It's a national holiday in germany tomorrow. So stores are closed for two days in a row and as always, people apparently will starve over the weekend. And gods forbid the they can't buy the cheap, unnecessary stuff my store sells for two whole days!

Sitting in the tub, because back hurts, watching my 4yo through the open door. She runs from right to left, rumble rumble, stalks back in a pair of my high heels. Runs again, gets new pair, mismatching this time. Another round, comes back in heels I completely forgot I owned. Shoe inventory taking.

Slooowly getting somewhere. It got light! The whole staff comes in 4 pieces so it can fit in my suitcase. But still far from finished. It still needs vines and leaves (maybe flowers) and some leather wrapping. Have to figure out how to hide the points where it connects...

I should definitely traumatise my girl a bit more and create her dead mom as her dream guardian! (Will I ever finish another playthrough?)

They are painting the staircase in my apartment building and holy shit. One man is holding the ladder, another one climbs up. ON THE FREAKING STAIRS, just on leg of the ladder touching the ground. Waiting for Darwin Award, I assume. Or: the reason women have longer life expectancy.
