i think the hardest part about grief is that sometimes the way people grieve is completely different to you, or even the lack of grief can truly cause a strain on a relationship. my experience with the loss of my father is extremely different to my mothers experience with the loss of her husband
my mother fell down the stairs tonight because she overreacted about a situation regarding our dog, i really wish she didn’t get so unstable about her but it’s genuinely so difficult to manage her emotions towards her, she’s really old and my mum just can’t cope with death in the slightest.
