They told me what’s really happening at Penn State… and why they’re organizing.
When a university suggests unionizing could hurt Penn State, that’s not neutral, and it’s not consistent with its commitment not to use resources to influence the vote. Penn State should take that and other union-busting language down and ensure the neutrality it committed to.
Workers shouldn’t be forced into political, religious, or union-busting meetings at work. And they shouldn’t face retaliation for saying no.
