I can’t stop thinking about the permission structure that has reared its ugly head again in recent years. I have a 20 year old daughter who is a junior in college and the fact that she has fewer rights and less protection than me and her older sister makes my skin crawl.

Hey fellow Dems… just had an interchange with someone from TX who accused me of raining on her anti-Paxton parade with the realism that Texas has been a long shot for decades. She then blocked me and/or deleted her childish post. If you don’t want pragmatically moderate politics, don’t follow me.

Saturday morning…. HiiT class in really nasty wind and rain, none to change and dry shower, ran to Trader Joe’s to get takis to go on the large box being shipped to Scranton (lacrosse parka and electric blanket.. and we were there last weekend 🤦♀️). And I got myself a cute Lego. Next… baking cake.
Whew!!!! Thank all the gods and goddesses that it’s Friday. I knew going into the past two weeks that this was going to be a challenging time. So far… I’ve clawed my way through, plan to spend time this weekend with (maybe — nor’easter) both my daughters, at the gym, and I need a manicure!!!!

This made me laugh on a Victory Monday for my Eagles…. MANY years ago (about 27), my middle son/kid decided he wanted to be a Cowboys fan to “cheer for the bad guys”. We told him he couldn’t eat the Eagles food we put out for every game — he could eat, just not Eagles food. He decided Cowgirls suck

For National Constitution Day, I’m going to be reading to students and answering their questions for the Rendell Center. Then I’m going to be working like a maniac today, tomorrow and most of the weekend actually protecting people’s constitutional rights — like I do every day. Not sure why sometimes
