people simply do not know how to use AI in collective spaces. curious whitespace

i'm a big advocate for disengaging from the girardian finger trap and avoiding projects/movements that mysteriously fail

prediction: for whatever reason, software makers will start touting "recursive self-improvement" as a feature of their products in late 2026. this will be tremendously confusing
i suspect that “new interfaces” people have become wrongfully suspicious of lowbrow uses of personal computing
you can retrofit vibes onto mechanisms, but i have never seen a team fix their core mechanisms after nailing the vibes
