my belief is that at the end of the day, great games are made by groups of people who have high trust with each other & can fluidly execute a shared vision. which is a small part of why these layoffs are so devastating- it's not just about jobs, it's about these "trust structures" being torn apart.
Day 1 at Supercell in the books! The vibes were fantastic, the people were great, and i even got in on a playtest. Looking forward to a wonderful time here and diving in on helping make such a fantastic game.

The doc is Maida Chen of Seattle Children's. No other professional has fought as hard to give my daughter amazing medical outcomes as she has. She's literally saved Emmy's life. At least three times. Thank you isn't enough. I'll always ugly cry remembering how she's helped my family so so much.

Imagination Library is not celebrated as much as it should be
When we say Dolly Parton changed lives, she did, it was clear, it was evident, it was everywhere. The Imagination Library was a supreme act of loving children and families and showing it through books and money and effort. The Moderna vaccines she funded. The money she poured into her hometown.

Both of my children had their love of reading supported by free books sent from Dolly’s foundation. Just now cleaning out my daughter’s room we found a couple and they’re straight onto the little kids library up the road. Rest in power, queen.
