Just me on the beach this morning. Suspect that won't be true once the students come back this weekend. #running
Someone had a tripod filming a selfie dancing video on the beach. I did my best to stay out of shot as I don't think sweaty middle-aged runners earn you many hits. #running
Solstice is over and the days are getting shorter. The sun (and our cats) didn't wake me up until 0430! #running
Beach is back to normal after the weekend's festivities. #running is much more peaceful with no other runners 😀
Test run to see if my knee is rested enough for this weekend's fun run. Will be slow but should be able to complete and claim the all-important doughnut and beer #running
