Dad & I went for Sunday/birthday lunch & he selected a ‘Meat Lovers Roast’ dinner This is the man who claims I overfeed him when he visits, yet chose to have the roast beef, lamb, pork & chicken, 2 Yorkshire puddings plus roast potatoes & veggies plate full!!! With extra gravy!!😂😂😂 #FoodComaIncoming

Dad eating Sunday lunch consisting of roast beef, lamb, pork & chicken, 2 Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, ‘pigs in blankets’, roast potatoes, veggies & gravy He’s consumed roughly half of what was brought & is struggling to finish the rest😂 The phrase “eyes bigger than one’s stomach” comes to mind😬

I’m feeling sooo much better after 10hrs of sleep!! I finally got the grass cut - hasn’t been done since mid-July when dad was visiting!! He’s arriving on Wednesday for my ‘birthday visit’, so thought I’d better pretend I’ve been diligent!😂😂😂

Had my flu booster💉🦠yesterday & today has been a write off!!🥴🤒🥺 Sore arm, achey body, head feels like it’s full of cotton wool - I’ve decided to come to bed early to see if it sorts itself out by tomorrow🤞🏼 But I’d still recommend that everyone gets their shots👍🏼😉
