Lots of Astrobites goodness happening today at #AAS243… @briles34.bsky.social will be presenting the results of our latest education research study at 3:10 in room 222 during the session “Enhancing Learning Experiences in Astronomy Courses” and then we’ll have an Exhibitor Theatre talk at 3:30pm! ✨⭐️

It’s not just the publishers that have books at #AAS243…we do too! 📚📖 Our books are very kiddo-friendly, for ages ranging from toddlers to bigger kids (plus a coloring book that is a joy for kids and adults alike!)

“Cactuses sleep just like us” — @amyoliver.bsky.social gave such a powerful talk about how to find what people care about (in the cactus example, master naturalists), and relate light pollution to that (bc unfortunately, not everyone automatically thinks it’s important!) 🏜️🌵
