The Exit Polls are a survey with sampling bias and large margins of error. Our analysis of actual precinct data reveals Latino vote was about 5-7 pts less Dem than 2020 but still well over 60% for Harris, in some instances 67% or 70% in favor of Harris. Our receipts:
Georgia was another battleground. Harris lead Trump 59%-41% in pivotal counties. Although Harris trailed Biden's 2020 performance slightly, she saw strong support in these diverse counties which had a demographic breakdown of 47.5% White, 38.4% Black, 14.0% Latino, and 8.5% AAPI.
NC was tight, but Harris showed strength in counties like Scotland, Halifax, Mecklenburg, Wake, Durham, Forsyth, Wayne, and Duplin, leading Trump by 65-35 margins—mirroring Biden's performance in 2020. Average demographic is 47.8% White, 33.2% Black, 13% Latino, and 3.9% AAPI.
85% of the vote counted in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Harris leads Trump 51.8% - 47% in the presidential race, while Dems also hold an edge in the Senate race with 51.6% compared to GOP at 45.5%. Strong Dem performance overall—could this momentum carry through to victory in PA?
With nearly 80% of votes counted in Wake County, NC, Harris is leading Trump 64.7% to 35.3%, slightly outperforming Biden's 2020 showing of 63.5%. This diverse county—20.6% Black, 11.5% Latino, and 10.2% AAPI—is proving key in the race!
With over 81% of votes counted in Henry County, GA, Harris is leading with 65.5%, outperforming Biden’s 2020 result of 60.3% in this predominantly Black county (56.4%).
With 77% of votes counted in Gwinnett County, GA, Harris is leading with 59.4%—closely mirroring Biden’s 2020 performance in this diverse county (31.3% Black, 23.8% Latino, 14.2% AAPI).
With 91% of votes counted in Fulton County, GA, Harris is holding a strong lead over Trump with a nearly 3-to-1 margin—closely mirroring Biden's 2020 performance.
With 86% of votes counted in Cobb County, Georgia, Harris is showing strong momentum, matching Biden's 2020 performance with a 57% of the vote share.
