Got myself those flare calmer earplugs for work and they do make a difference in public spaces. I can still hear what ppl say when they talk to me but the overall ambient noise is much more softer it helps a bit with the overstimulation TwT

Stop being afraid of your own sincerity. Write the stories that come from your heart. It doesn't matter if they are too kinky, too cringe, too niche or too dark. A story written from the heart will always stand out. AI will never be able to replace the sincerity of a human soul.

I love them sm 🫶✨️🌸 I wear them daily now ever since i got them. They don't prevent migraines obv but they help with light sensitivity in general
