If I have a function named `safe_text_to_html`, does that mean it accepts only text that you, the programmer, can vouch for being safe already... or that it takes text of unknown provenance and *makes* it safe? Similarly, is it unsafe to call `unsafe_text_to_html`, or does it *make* the text safe?

This is merged into `sobelow/sobelow` main now, *plus* a huge performance improvement I had proposed a couple months back. 😄 Many thanks to Jump for giving me work time to put toward improving the ecosystem like this. 🙏

Semi-serious proposal: can we make open source sustainable by offering maintainers $x00/hr to review PRs opened against their projects? I think I could legitimately make the business case to get work to fund this on projects that are otherwise very quiet.

TIL (well, YIL, to be precise) that @ in #ElixirLang is just a macro in Kernel module, so you can do this. Makes sense in retrospect, but I never thought about that before.
