[REVIEW] Corsair Cove is an excellent pirate city builder very close to greatness~ The game starts out as one of the best in the genre but struggles with progression issues. Nevertheless, Corsair Cove is a great builder game with distinctive vertical settlements and a fun pirate atmosphere~
