I really wish we could start seeing this for what is helpful - a pathology to be cured / mitigated / guarded against. Not what is unhelpful - as something to be avenged. Much as the woke mind virus narrative boils my piss, mind viruses as a concept is on to something.

The Flappy Bird is out of the bag: Ableton will now let you create your own custom Extensions using JavaScript/TypeScript. I've been testing this and talking to the team; here's my explanation of what this can and can't do, how it works, and why it's cool:
