For Mx. Kiki, finding community-based org San Francisco AIDS Foundation helped her move from surviving to living. Access to HIV services is lifesaving. That's why the Trump admin's funding cuts for HIV orgs is so dangerous. 🚨 Tell Congress to protect HIV funding: tinyurl.com/save-hiv-ser...

An acquaintance encouraged me to check out the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and that visit changed everything. They helped me access HIV medication and walked me through getting Medi-Cal. I still remember the staff member who supported me—they gave me hope and a shot at a second chance.”Photo of Mx Kiki looking stunning in a crown and sash with a quote below that reads, "The support I received from San Francisco AIDS Foundation and San Francisco Community Health Center helped me realize my full potential. For so many in our LGBTQ+ family, especially our trans, immigrant, and BIPOC siblings, these spaces are the first time we are seen, respected, and celebrated for who we are.”

Today and every day, trans youth need to know that their community is with them, and that they are seen, loved, and celebrated for who they are. We won’t stop fighting for trans youth, and we know our community won’t either. 💜🏳️‍⚧️ Share this post and add your own message of support in the comments.

Action alert: PROTECT LGBTQ+ IMMIGRANT YOUTH FROM DEPORTATION

Tell Congress to defend the Unaccompanied Children Program! Action alert: PROTECT LGBTQ+ IMMIGRANT YOUTH FROM DEPORTATION

By not renewing the Unaccompanied Children Program, the Trump admin is about to deny legal counsel to tens of thousands
of youth who entered the U.S. without a
parent or legal guardian.

Many of these youth are LGBTQ+ and survivors of violence, trafficking, or abuse. If the 20-year-old legal representation program ends on July 31, thousands of children will be forced to go to court alone and face deportation to the very countries they fled.Action alert: PROTECT LGBTQ+ IMMIGRANT YOUTH FROM DEPORTATION

Take 2 minutes to urge your members of Congress to call on the admin to protect the Unaccompanied Children Program.

As Republican attacks on LGBTQ+ rights intensify across the country, Lambda Legal CEO Kevin Jennings argues it’s time for a bold new vision to protect equality for future generations.

“I won’t pretend this outcome doesn’t hurt. But in my book, Becky had already won the moment she stepped onto the field, long before the courtroom was ever part of the story. She simply showed up to play." Read more from Heather Jackson, mom of Becky Pepper-Jackson, on today’s ruling in WV v. BPJ.

Supreme Court ruling on trans athletes can't change my daughter | Opinion

My trans daughter, Becky Pepper-Jackson, wanted to play the sport she loves. That simple wish took her all the way to the Supreme Court.

No ruling will ever change what we know to be true: trans youth deserve to play, to learn + to exist freely. Trans youth need to know their community is with them, no matter what the Supreme Court says. Share this post + leave a note of support so every trans young person knows they are not alone.💜

This morning, the Supreme Court issued its ruling in our case, West Virginia v. BPJ. The Court upheld West Virginia’s categorical ban on transgender women and girls participating on women’s and girls’ sports teams, holding that such laws do not violate either Title IX or the Equal Protection Clause.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court ruled that states can ban transgender girls from school sports. This is a devastating ruling for trans students across the country who simply want the freedom to play with their friends.
