The untimely funeral was awful but my cousin Kurt’s coffin was perfect for a lifelong farmer. Beautiful and I love it was handmade from reclaimed barn wood & his family got to take a handle with them before he was placed in the ground. True artisans in central Illinois, Ron and Brenda Skags:

I've never been a coffee drinker but I've been so tired lately I've decided it's time to start. Coffee lovers, any advice for someone who doesn't like that burnt bean taste starting out? I did a Starbucks frapp with chai and a few pumps of coffee to get started and that wasn't bad at all!

Remember when we’d go to the movies then stand in front of the theater for like an hour afterwards discussing the film? I hope the next generations are discovering this joy. The last time I remember really doing that was, like, Batman Returns.
