I have had some really poor luck with physical commissions at conventions... Scotiacon 2025, commission something and I struggle to get any communication and there was a super long turnaround. Scotiacon 2026, commission something and I'm struggling to get any communication and I'm still waiting.

Today kicked off the early access for Halo Campaign Evolved. I was worried when the game was announced, but after playing through the whole original campaign in one sitting, I am more than satisfied. Halo Studios finally did good. It only took them 14 years, but they pulled it off.

Loving the default assumption whenever I go through self check out is that I'm a shoplifter. Got a security tag on a pair of £10 shorts but they refused to take the tag off until I paid, got the receipt and walked up to them to ask again. Like, come on, who's trying to steal a pair of £10 shorts?

It's been a while since I've felt any inspiration to build some new MTG decks, but I've finally had that spark reignite! Adding seven new decks to my collection bringing my total up to 17 commander decks! In case anyone is interested, I've listed all my decks in order of oldest to newest below!

My line manager has issued a return to office mandate, I am now required to go into the office on Tuesdays for "visibility" Can't wait to do nothing on Tuesdays!!!!!!!!!!

Uh oh... Day 1 of work since my manager retired and I'm now working directly for my team lead. Already had one of my ideas shot down by him. I really hope this doesn't become a trend, I really don't want to go job hunting.
