i want to say this again, as gently as possible, *please* stop referring to mixed characters as hybrids as a blanket term. this is extremely prevalent in this community and it makes me wince every time. i can't tell you what to call your own characters, but "hybrid" is not an acceptable umbrella
it's tempting to think of the use of AI as a private shame. indicative of laziness and poor character, but isolated to an individual. it's actually not isolated at all- it harms all of us, actively, and without our consent. it should be treated as the form of callous social violence that it is.

Stop being afraid of your own sincerity. Write the stories that come from your heart. It doesn't matter if they are too kinky, too cringe, too niche or too dark. A story written from the heart will always stand out. AI will never be able to replace the sincerity of a human soul.
