Happy Caturday. Kitten #3 went to her new home where she will be very well loved. Two early teen boys to play with and a furmama who wants to spoil her. The happiest day in feral rescue.
It's Fathers Day. My relationship with my dad was complicated. I would have given anything to just hang out with him but he had major issues with females. I choose to use it to remind myself to work on my flaws. His robbed him of connecting with a very cool person. I don't want to suffer that fate
I finally paid of my layaway. Two, 5 x 10 ft kennels. 6 ft tall and Odin-proof. Each one has 6 panels that I'm using to finish the perimeter fence so the doggo can go out unsupervised. Easiest fence I've ever put up.
I don't have much to say lately. I am a survivor of all sorts of abuse so almost everything going on right now is triggering. I'm finding joy where I can and protecting my soul when I have to. I do love reading everyone's posts. Promise I'll be back eventually.
I am currently in the purgatory that is the power tool aisle reset. I'm exhausted and sore. I'm also not done.
Tomorrow I will drive 1 1/2 hours to pick up this. I know I'm grown up because I'm excited about a stove.
When it's chilly and raining but you have a dishwasher, a fuzzy blanket and 3 siblings to keep you warm.
