There are times that the tsunami of sociopathic havoc unleashed over the last month, on top of the baseline of violence & suffering leaves me feeling overwhelmed & inadequate. Audre Lorde cautioned against exactly that. Inducing overwhelm is a strategy of empire & we can choose not to succumb to it.
