Workers are less covered by collective bargaining than 10 years ago. And the most exposed ones are at the bottom of the wage distribution. A new Discussion Paper from Lutz Bellmann (IAB) Christian Dustmann (RFBerlin) and Bernd Fitzenberger (IAB) document this trend for German workers.
