The latest ep of @greatesttrek.com suggested that the "previously on"s for SNW are unnecessary, but what my theory presupposes is that more shows need them, possibly even... Greatest Generation/Trek?
@wnba.com A serious suggestion to handle the unserious talk as of late. 1 year of HRT and they can apply. Doctor's notes, tests to prove they maintain their goals after the year (blood tests? Not sure how you'd test for that), & then clearly they've proven they're dedicated and not just goofing.
The US Government currently: -running concentration camps (multiple) -has police that are above the law -is prosecuting perceived enemies of its leader over made-up crimes -is purposefully killing civilians in a war started by the US Government -has destroyed civilian boats during non-wartime
Did Mitch McConnell show up for work this week? If the answer is no, he must be replaced. Half of June and all of July is too long to be absent from a job. Especially considering how much of that time was no call/no show.
We're looking for thoughts on good kickstarter incentives. We have most of our levels set (we think!) for a hopefully upcoming kickstarter to help with art costs, BUT we are currently lacking in physical incentives. So what hits for you when it comes to objects you like to see in kickstarters?
Did Mitch McConnell show up for work today? If the answer is no, the Governor must be allowed to put in an interim Senator in Mitch's extended absence. He's no call/no showed for far too many days at this point.
He has done so many reprehensible, unimaginably awful things in his life, but since no one is willing or able to hold him accountable I think the thing that is going to hurt him the most is calling him Diarrhea Donnie.
At a certain point of absentee-ism, it should not matter if a senator is alive or dead. If they cannot or will not do their job for an extended period of time there should be an interim option. I can't disappear from my job for a month without being replaced, why can members of congress?
A good reminder to not drop any more money on Wizard World properties. Also a good reminder of why the famous actors that agreed to work on the remake are so very disappointing. Non-famous actors/crew that need the job/the money? I get it. John Lithgow, however, will not be remembered as fondly.

There are human beings currently being held against their will in concentration camps in the U.S.A. This is an unspeakably horrid offense against humanity. Every camp must be closed, every kidnapped individual must be freed, every family broken apart must be reunited & given reparations. Full stop.
Our immigration policies are garbage, immigration to the U.S. should be easier, not harder. Becoming a U.S. citizen should be easier, not harder. You "Land of the Free" people sure do hate freedom.

Democrats, you need to close the concentration camps. Now, not "when we're in charge". The humans illegally imprisoned inside do not have the time to wait for you. Demand action now, make it impossible for your colleagues to do anything else. Free those families now.
There's a whole lot of people that don't believe the children are our future, & it shows.

We still have concentration camps in our Country. Of all the awful things our Government continues to do, we cannot forget that thousands of people are illegally being detained without trial in inhuman conditions. Our leaders are monsters, & our Country cannot be forgiven for so many crimes.

I started supporting @maximumfun.org in 2019 because I realized, as I heard about the Drive again & again, I wasn't just listening to 1 or 2 Max Fun shows, I was almost exclusively hearing MaxFun content. Still true today, so I keep supporting. If this sounds familiar, you should too. #MaxFunDrive
My phone just told me that my news feed has a life hack for the ultra wealthy. Weird to call wage theft a life hack, but whatever.
Donnie says the Pope is weak on crime, I say the Pope should call on the Hague to bring Donnie to task for war crimes. I mean I think a lot of Countries should do that, USA included, but I think the Pope could go a long way in showing Donnie he does in fact take strong stances on crime. Just saying.
I find the need to argue again for disbanding the Union. That a madman is allowed to control this much power is mind-boggling, & should never happen again. No Country should be as large as we are. No leader should have the power that he has. "When in the course of human events" & so on, you know?
People deserve to live their lives free & without fear, but certain hate groups have decided that should not be true for our trans siblings. Unfortunately few are willing to defend their rights. What can we do in the face of this? Well, 1 easy thing is to never again consume "wizard school" content.
If you talk about abortion, talk truly about the camps of thought: there is pro-choice & anti-choice. Anti-choicers don't care about life, don't let them deceive others with that lie. If they cared about life they would care about life outside of the womb. They have shown that they do not.
Do I know anyone with connections to the CBC? Would love to chat with them about work conditions & see if that'd be a good fit for a job transition that would also help me become an ex-pat.
Looking for a good Country to move to, & by good I mean has some respect for healthcare, science in general, & the LGBTQIA+ community. The U.S. will never be that, no matter how much I rant and rave.
