Here’s the thing about parenting: everyone tells you it goes so fast so cherish every moment. Really SAVOR it. And so you cherish and savor so hard. You tell yourself to really sit and value it and be grateful. And guess what: it doesn’t go any slower. It’s still fast.

Dont know what anyone’s worried about because bitch I’ve had alpha gal syndrome my whole life and it rules
Can someone explain pls what caused them to ban dogpiling and why we’re mad about it k thx
Every time I see someone complaining about ugh the girlboss feminism we used to do I wonder if they’re mostly just cringing at how it just kind of feels vaguely uncool.
Your need for a vacation is in inverse proportion to the effort you put into your automatic out-of-office reply. You write a semi-bawdy limerick in perfect meter about how you're refreshing yourself on a beach? Congrats. I was you once. My current preferred out-of-office email: "No."
Ok but with the whole Lake America announcement, note that the White House emphasized that the US side of the lake is bigger than Canada’s. Our side is bigger than your side. (Go to about 2:30 in video.) www.youtube.com/live/Kr7Ep94...

Ok “Furious” is very good but did you have to just copy the “Killing Eve” score what are we doing here
This this this. The number of bad pregnancy/birth/miscarriage experiences people have with doctors is ASTOUNDING. (I have my own. Actually multiple from the same day. Though nothing on this level of traumatic.) My friends, if you are treated like crap in that vulnerable time RAISE A STINK. Do it.
i wasn’t sure whether or not to share this but i guess i just wanted people to understand the trauma on top of an already traumatic experience, and for other patients to know they have rights and don’t have to accept being treated like dirt.
I see lots of dem candidates saying “stop with the PC language it makes us LOOK BAD.” And I get that it turns some people off but also it’s used as a weapon against Dems EVEN WHEN CANDIDATES DON’T SAY “BIRTHING PEOPLE” ETC. So here’s my question: 1/ www.axios.com/2026/08/27/d...
"Allyship" and "birthing people": Democrats confront vocabulary problem
Several potential 2028 hopefuls say the party is alienating regular voters with "woke" rhetoric.

Physicals are dumb. Doctors only find things that are either status quo or BAD. Bloodwork is normal or you have too much cholesterol. It’s never like oh shit you got GLITTER flowing in there now! When did that happen? And I’m looking at your back and did you know you got really cool spikes growing?
"Wow I've really loosened up at work over the years," I say to myself as I use a heart emoji to agree with a coworker's slack message.
Introduced the 3 year old to his first (very short video of) Indiana Jones tonight. This is what peak parenting looks like.

US can inflict real econ pain on Canada — much more than they can do toward us. But also it seems Canadians are VERY mad at US … whereas median American I think feels sort of shrug toward Canada. Which is to say: trade war will hurt Canada but who knows how much pain they’re willing to withstand.

A private arbitrator has ordered The Washington Post to rehire the opinion columnist @karenattiah.bsky.social, who was fired in September over her social media posts about the assassination of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk. It also ordered the company to compensate her with back pay.

I left college with a solid hatred of Zoolander.
Whats a movie everyone fucking loves that you despise? It doesnt have to be objectively bad, you just objectively DID NOT. Heres one for me since Ive been on a Barbara Loden kick lately-
I am privileged and so on and so forth and also no one told me how much of homeownership is mulch-related.
One of the funnest interviews I've ever done. Just a blast, about a really strange and delightful movie.
