Today’s my last day of eating and drinking whatever I want. It’s been great but it’s time to lock back in and get back to work. Don’t feel bad at all about this hiatus from it. Still have more weight goals to achieve.
Puritan furries are a sad existence because you know that they've never actually been with friends who truly accept them. Your value is judged by your presentation of how far you can uphold arbitrary "morals", and the group competes by seeing who can step on the other better. Isn't that just sad?

I did the Ironman Oregon - 70.3 today. This was a huge stamp to all the work I’ve quietly been putting in over the past several months. Lost 30 pounds and starting running and cycling a lot more. So proud of this achievement and so happy I got to experience it with several friends 💛💛💛
