Another day, another pint of blood donated🩸 Would you consider donating? You could help someone you don’t even know survive an accident, get through chemo, strengthen after surgery, or feel better after an illness. It’s easy and there are snacks!!😊❤️ Your local hospital would be grateful 🙏🏼🩸

A lovely walk, under cloudy skies, across the fields and rock walls of East Over Farm in Rochester. We’re just starting to get some autumn color except for the poison ivy which is now in vivid reds!🍁🍂
