A lot of my lineart anxieties went away when I switched to using the same brush I use for sketches.

So what I am thinking happened was someone put their commission request in text on Bsky under my post and it activated a bot to auto-impersonate me. I will read all requests sent to me via Vgen or DMs, so just a thing to be wary could happen!
