since i have been streaming playing games in japanese & i just finished deltarune ch.5 in english, i wonder if i should stream ch.5 in japanese in a few hours? dunno how exciting it would be really. i wonder if i have some way to be able to show the english dialog at the same time as the japanese

just learned that this boss kinda freaks out when you fight it with the shield
completed mina the hollower new game+5 with the nightstar (whip). i thought it felt okay at first, but it falls off hard IMO. it seems to be the only main weapon lacking a practical way to hit diagonally or to your side, which really sucks when most enemies can attack you from any angle
after 4 playthroughs of mina the hollower, IMO septemburg is the least fun area by far wind is annoying for a lot of small reasons (why does it affect you underground…?), but the lightning is awkward to understand & doesn't play w/ any of the other challenges in a fun way, especially the carving man
i think mina the hollower should have shoplifted bench warping from hollow knight
started playing mina. irritated that it could be way more fun but inexplicably has leveling up & the dark souls money death thing whatever you call that. without trying, i think i ended up overleveled for the intended first two dungeons. that's despite spending a boatload of bones on other things
