Anyone here have, or knows someone who has, experience running game jams?
Games and tech freelancers : I am once again asking for freelance pitches for PC hardware features (not reviews or guides, sorry!) on RPS. Email's in bio, genAI users need not apply (it's much, much easier to spot than you think)

Don’t normally play X Game Defence Force but calling Control Resonant’s action one-note is madness. Some of y’all never equipped the self-ignite power then intentionally filled Dylan’s body cavities with flammable mold then detonated him like a bomb made of month-old sandwiches, and it shows
Dead pleased with all of @ashlikeadragon.bsky.social's recent features for us. If Gamescom was *my* career-first event (and not the launch of a budget Motorola phone) I'd have disintegrated into stammering particles by the second day

I'm working on a feature about videogame art that has been falsely accused of using genAI. If it's happened to you and you'd like to share thoughts about why your work attracted suspicion, feel free to give me a bell: edwin.evansthirlwell@rockpapershotgun.com
Gee RPS how come you get two @jeremypeel.bsky.social features on the front page

Can't believe I'm about to see Simon Neil, from Forza Horizon 6
I like the Steam Machine! Not watershed hardware like the Deck was (and not just because of the £££ issue) but as a TV PC specifically, it's lovely

If you're affected by any Xbox cuts and feel it would be useful to talk to RPS about it, my email is in my bio: www.rockpapershotgun.com/authors/edwi... Some older reporting I've done of the anon sourcey variety: www.rockpapershotgun.com/former-devel... www.rockpapershotgun.com/how-embracer...
