Hey! It's no secret that I love netrunner. It's also no secret that the barrier to entry for netrunner can be... Challenging. In working to make some videos to help with common issues people have; for anyone new or who doesn't know the game, what are questions YOU would like answered about it?

aha, and here's where i get to share my NETRUNNER INFO Did you know: Nero is trans! in fact, nero was supposed to be the first trans character in netrunner, the lore they wrote talked about this. and then, sometime between submitting it and it going to print, SOMEONE took it out. nobody knows who.

Hey folks! It's time for today's random #Netrunner card of the indefinite time period! So I got Nero, and I was very tempted to just make the whole review "Nero wants you to take a JACKING BREAK! ...Presented by Zaia©️" and let those who don't know why wonder why. But that would be rude.

Netrunner card: Nero Severn, Information Broker. The card art is a dashing young man in a white suit wearing a monocle. He's looking at a holographic projection of a dossier set. Nero Severn is a Criminal (Natural) Identity with a minimum deck size of 45, an influence budget of 15, and one base link. Once per turn, you may jack out when you encounter a sentry. "Credits spend anywhere in the worlds, but there are other forms of currency."

I honestly think making collection irrelevant to constructed play is the only true way to go. Models like the ones I work on, like Netrunner is right now; or reducing the burden like proxy-friendly Commander; or things like Pauper to FaB‘s Silver Age.

-back to my statement about businesses under capitalism. Success as a business, especially one as large as WotC and Epic, is going to come with exploitation. That is how capitalism works. And since it seems like I need to make this clear, I don’t think it is a *good * thing, it’s an explanation.

My default recommendations for people new to netrunner this point are panic PD and muslihat. There's probably a better corp but I haven't found it yet; the cycle of "put card in scary server score with seamless get back seamless" is as simple as corp strats get
